Scott Boggs is a property damage lawyer who helps Florida policyholders with insurance claim disputes. Scott joined Boggs Law Group as a property damage lawyer in the summer of 2017, but had been working with the firm on the business operations side for several years. He is involved in all facets of the firm operations, including preparing motions, attending depositions, supervising property inspections and client care.
As the Founder and President of Forever Florida One LLC, Scott has firsthand experience with local properties and business owners. After years of navigating municipal zoning and satisfying code violations, Scott translates his vast experience in property management to personalized quality legal client care.
Caring for others is second nature for Scott and he has been working in the local community for over 20 years. Along with being a supportive husband and loving father, he also presided over Northside Baptist Church for over ten years. Scott cared for the needs of his ministry through keen leadership that necessitated planning, inspiration, goal setting and intense communication. His dedicated work as Senior Pastor is continued daily by Scott’s positive personality and caring disposition.
Scott’s passion for family, community, and the law made him a valuable member of the firm from day one. Scott and his loving wife Amy have 5 beautiful adult children. Scott enjoys the beautiful surroundings that St. Petersburg has to offer and is an avid outdoorsman.
