Scott Boggs is an attorney with Boggs Law Group who represents Florida policyholders and property owners in property insurance disputes and property-related litigation. His practice is focused on helping homeowners, business owners, and condominium associations navigate complex property damage claims while protecting their rights throughout the legal process.

Scott joined Boggs Law Group as an attorney in 2017 after working with the firm for several years on the business and operational side. That experience gave him a unique understanding of the firm, its clients, and the importance of providing thoughtful, responsive legal representation. Today, Scott is involved in many aspects of the firm’s legal practice and operations, including litigation strategy, depositions, property inspections, motion practice, and client care.

Before practicing law, Scott built extensive experience in real estate, property management, business, and community leadership. As the founder and president of Forever Florida One, LLC, he gained firsthand experience navigating issues affecting property owners, including property management, municipal zoning, and code-related matters. That practical background provides Scott with an additional perspective when representing clients facing significant property damage and complex property-related disputes.

Scott’s commitment to advocacy is also reflected in his efforts to educate policyholders and contribute to conversations surrounding Florida property insurance. Through educational presentations, interviews, and legislative testimony, he has helped provide insight into insurance coverage, the claims process, policyholder responsibilities, and issues affecting Florida property owners.

Before entering the legal and real estate fields, Scott served as Senior Pastor of Northside Baptist Church in St. Petersburg for more than a decade. His years of community leadership helped shape the communication, compassion, and service-oriented approach he brings to his work with clients today.

Scott and his wife, attorney Amy Boggs, have five adult children. A longtime member of the St. Petersburg community, Scott enjoys Florida’s outdoors and spending time with his family.
