John Taylor Tetterton is an attorney with Boggs Law Group who represents Florida policyholders and property owners in property insurance disputes and property-related litigation. His practice is focused on helping homeowners, business owners, and condominium associations navigate complex property damage claims while protecting their rights throughout the legal process.

John joined Boggs Law Group in September 2021, bringing with him a strong commitment to advocacy and client service. He approaches each matter with determination and attention to detail, helping clients understand the legal and insurance issues affecting their property and the options available to them.

Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, John knew from an early age that he wanted a career that would allow him to advocate for others. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Business Administration from Western Kentucky University before attending Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2020.

Before joining Boggs Law Group, John practiced law in Tampa, representing clients in matters involving automobile dealer and repair shop fraud. That experience strengthened his litigation and advocacy skills and provided a foundation for the client-focused representation he brings to his work at Boggs Law Group today.

John is committed to serving both his clients and his community. His community involvement has included Autism Speaks and the Boy Scouts of America. Now based in St. Petersburg, John enjoys fishing and spending time on the water when he is away from the office.
