Experience

Benjamin L. Berkowitz is a Florida licensed attorney who joined Boggs Law Group as an associate attorney in the Summer of 2022.  Ben’s career at Boggs Law Group originally started in the Fall of 2021 when he began working at the firm as a law clerk. Ben has a passion for helping others and puts his skills to work on a daily basis advocating for clients. His practice areas focus on protecting policyholder rights when dealing with insurance claim disputes and on construction defect litigation.

Ben attended the Florida State University and graduated cum laude with a degree in marketing and a minor in communications in 2016. He returned to his alma mater for law school and graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2021. This makes Ben a “double Nole”, and a very avid Florida State University Seminoles fan. As always, GO NOLES!

Ben calls the Suncoast home, and is originally from Sarasota, Florida. He grew up around his father’s cabinet shop and has never met a power tool that he did not like.  Ben also has a love for traveling and is always happy to talk about his adventures.  When not in the office Ben can likely be found exploring the great outdoors with his dog and family or, if it is wintertime, skiing on a mountain somewhere.
